Action.

Mechanism of action is based on the properties of a biologically active substances complex present in artichoke.
Coffeilchinchonic acids, flavonoids and sesquiterpene lactones are the main ingredients of artichoke extract. Coffeilchinchonic acids improve bile secretion and cause hepatoprotective action. Flavonoids protect the organism from detrimental action of toxins. Sesquiterpene lactones stimulate gastric secretion. Inulin and vitamin complex present in artichoke favor the normalization of metabolism processes.
Owing to the action of biologically active substances present in artichoke TICHOKE has a choleretic, diuretic, hepatoprotective and hypolipidemic effect; it helps to release nitrogen-containing substances (urea, creatinine), toxins from the organism; decreases total cholesterine in the blood and helps normalize lipidic, protein, nitrogen and carbohydrate metabolism.
