Pharmacological properties.

Hormonal drug of estrogene series. When administered in the body it generates endometrium proliferation, stimulates uterus development and female secondary sexual characters in case of their immaturity, removes general disturbances of sexual glands insufficient function in a female organism, and also has a hypocholesteremic action. The drug enhances the sensitivity of uterus muscles to oxytocin, nonspecifically blocks androgens action, strengthens calcium absorption and formation of calcium repository in bones, and has an antigonadotropic action, decreases sebaceous glands function.

Indications.

• amenorrhea and oligomenorrhea;
• metrorrhagia (also at climacteric period);
• insufficient ovarian function induced diseases (dysmenorrhea, hyper and hypomenorrhea, menstrual disorder);
• infertility;
• climacteric disturbances;
• acne;
• undesirable lactation.
